Usually occurring once a week, therapist and client will meet to discuss and process ongoing themes relative to the client's life. Therapist acts as confidante and accountability buddy, a side-by-side guide towards the wisdom that already exists in the client.
Welcoming more than one person into the therapy process, this can include any variety of relationship: a child-parent relationship, a co-parenting relationship, couples relationship, ect. It is best when the the therapy starts and continues with all parties in the room, fostering communication within the relationship/s.
Virtual Therapy Although it comes with limitations, virtual services are available via confidential phone or video communication.
